We understand how challenging it can be to teach students with disruptive behaviors or mental health issues. Teachers have told us they need more mental health related training so they can better support their students. Which is why we are also creating professional development that is relevant to teachers and inspire lasting change.
The topics will specifically focus on student mental health and challenging behaviors, as well as offer effective classroom management strategies for different mental health conditions.
We believe teachers should have input into the professional development options available to them. If you are a teacher, and have specific professional development needs, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your input can help us shape professional development programs that are sustained, intensive, collaborative, job-embedded, data-driven, and classroom-focused.
